I have discovered that freelancing is the best way to work, at least for me, because it allows you to have a life outside work.
After some years of illustrating as a freelance I have learned so many things, and meted many interesting people along my professional path; I discovered new ways to get things done, but above all, Ive enjoyed this way of working 'cause it allows you to make your own schedule and to participate in many kinds of projects, and thats wonderful for me, because I have chance to learn so many things more than I already know.
Now I'm trying to get on a company called Toptal, and it seems like a good professional option for any freelance illustrator or designer, to be honest I hadn't heard of it until now, but it seems to be a big-shot company and of course that's what we all want as freelancers : to work in a top notch company, not only for the payment , but also for what we can offer and what we can learn.
