Digital vs. traditional portraits, which ones are better?

I find the digital techniques of portraying quite charming and , to tell the truth , tough they might not have the stylish elegance of traditional portraying, they got something special too , here I offer a sample of both so you can have your opinion :) 

Caricatures/ cartoons

I'm practicing my cartoon / portrait drawing right now and I think I'm getting better , I just got an offer for a job at a drawing site , hope it goes well :)
